Microsoft (MSFT) has emerged triumphant in its second-quarter earnings report, showcasing robust performance that surpassed both revenue and adjusted earnings per share expectations.

The tech giant reported an impressive $2.93 in adjusted earnings per share on revenue of $62 billion, outshining predictions of $2.78 in adjusted EPS and $61.1 billion in revenue.

However, despite this stellar performance, investor satisfaction wasn’t unanimous, as the stock experienced a marginal 1% dip in premarket trading on Wednesday.

The Intelligent Cloud business, encompassing the widely used Azure service, reported $25.8 billion in revenue, outperforming expectations set at $25.3 billion.
